can't go wrong
By why not On 01/11/2009 Taurus Hand Guns (Pistols) Taurus 454 Raging Bull Large Frame Revolver, 454 C
i purchesed this gun back in 2000 and have no regrets what so ever. even though this is a 454 it is pleasent to shoot. the barrel end of it only raises 2-3" when you fire it. and the recole isn't bad at all. i am using just factory rounds no need for hoped up rounds. also i am of average build and only 150lbs. if i was stuck in the wilderness i would choose this over any other out there. it will take down anything from deer to wild hog with one shoot. this is a great gun. it may seem a bit heavy but once you shoot you know why keeps the recoil down.
