I bought a brand new Taurus 650 CIA at a gun show. That day, I went to an indoor range and after 3-4 shots, the trigger would NOT pull. I had to clear the wheel and close it again, then it would fire the remaining rounds. Wash, rinse, & repeat... I did some searching online and found that other people had the same problem. It sounds like you have about a 50-50 chance of getting a lemon when you go with Taurus. We''ll see what happens after Miami gets done repairing the firearm. In the mean time, I have nothing to carry. ...should have went with Ruger or S&W.

i have the same problem 357 rounds seem to me to much i have had the pistol lock up on new firearm twice only 10 rounds shot new gun wll,not rotate locked up a hammer might fix it

Agree with everything Manster said about the Taurus 650. I have had only one problem with it. The cylinder locks up after shooting a few full power 158 grain magnum loads. I have read this on other forums as well. I don't know how to fix the problem, maybe someone out there reading this will know. No problem with .38 rounds.
